SSG joined the HCS (Halo Competitive Series) in August of 2021. During this journey in halo SSG went through many up and downs to get to where they are today competitively in the game.
I was able to oversee and direct many aspects of creative and marketing of the SSG Halo legacy thus far. This is a small portion of those deliverables and live events!

Halo Infinite x SSG Merch
As the relationship with 343 (the game developer of Halo Infinite) continued to develop, SSG was able to score a merch collab deal with them.
I was in charge of helping create all the video and photography assets to promote the new merch and push sales.

We wanted to highlight the process of creating these merch pieces, so we interviewed our designers. This provided a unique perspective for our audience to further get to know SSG and our passion for the Halo Infinite community.

After establishing our place in the Halo Infinite community, we decided to help revive some more nostalgia from a legacy Halo team called "Str8 Rippin".
Halo followers went CRAZY over this collaboration after SSG announced the partnership at a live Halo competition.

Due to our efforts with building up the halo community, 343 granted us the honor of throwing a global invitational event in my home town of Salt Lake City, Utah!
This event is the largest esports competition to date in Utah. We pulled this off from start to finish. I specifically was in charge of content efforts for this event to promote and advertise. I also helped create content to play on the live stream during the event.

A small taste of why we decided to do this and how we managed to pull it off.
