Let me guide you through one of many major campaigns which I project managed. We were preparing for a Spacestation Gaming in-person competitive event in Charlotte, North Carolina. I used Monday.com to prepare my team for pre, during and post event content to post and use as marketing to promote SSG and Halo Infinite.

I also was a creative lead for this project and helped guide branding for this event.
Here's a quick snapshot of a typical Monday.com board I use to navigate fulfilling creative deliverables for our team while at SSG. This team consisted of 10+ videographers, photographers, designers, editors and additional hands as needed.
A handful of designs made for this event by our graphics team. In order to deliver these graphics to our socials and printing, graphics needed ample time to communicate and construct this level of quality on our graphics. I was in charge of coordinating between our creative, graphics and socials departments

(Line item names on Monday board above, left to right):
"Champions", "Meet & Greet Postcards (to be signed)", "SLC LAN Promotion / Poster Print Out", "Event Poster"
Similar to graphics, video content was produced beforehand and onsite during the event. As the main project manager and producer for content during this event it was my job to make sure everything was getting made in a timely manner during the event as well.

(Line item names on Monday board above, left to right):
"Champ Sunday Pregame", "Chief Skit during skin freeplay session", "Bound Pregame", "Season 3 Skin AFTER HCS ANNOUNCES"

Every piece of content was worked on by multiple people in this category.
I am grateful for all the hard work put in by my team and branching teams including
Spacestation Nebula, Spacestation Labs and Spacestation Satelite.
